A real specialty: Forms printing on small offset presses
BIRKAN Super Goldseal is a compressible blanket for multiple applications on small format presses. It is especially recommended for forms printing on Edelmann narrow web presses. Due to its constant and controlled gauge, it does not require blanket underpacking.
The surface incorporates a carefully chosen blend of compounding ingredients and polymers that allows the use of both conventional and UV inks. It provides outstanding ink transfer properties, excellent print quality and very good paper release.
A compressible layer provides high smash resistance and resistance to edge marking, thus ensuring a long run life.
